Experience leading professional services or consulting teams including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development support, pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of complex professional services engagements. Passion for thought leadership in areas including cloud operating model and organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) along with publicly reference-able blogs/white papers. You'll conduct assessments, deliver workshops to assess current-state environments, and plan, build, and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies. Take a leadership role in customer relationships, consulting services delivery, and customer-facing professional services delivery projects. Provide transformation consulting expertise while engaging with client C-level leaders and key industry and transformation leaders to accelerate their transition to Google Cloud. Contribute to and lead the development of industry thought leadership and be critically focused on harvesting best practices and insights from the field teams. Design and develop new intellectual property, tool-kits, and templates to accelerate our broader direct and partner services ecosystem.
