Qualifications:
?Engineering professional, preferably systems, administration or finance. Engineers with experience in Systems, HCM, ERP, CRM, Sales Software, Services.
? Advance level of english level B2+
? 2 to 3 years of experience in positions related to the area of ??customer service and systems administration, of a functional and technical nature.
Responsibilities:
? Create, update and share manuals, aligned with the digital change management strategy.
? Carry out training and collaboration activities for users of the modules to be implemented.
? Assign security roles, and maintain gaps in the activities to be carried out.
? Design, share workflows on the design of each software module to be implemented.
? Import or export information in bulk.
? Create and manage user groups.
? Provide functional support to all users and their documentation.
? Create RECAPS of each meeting held, keep the information Sharepoint fed and updated.
? Create tickets to the support contracted with each software, if required, and carry out monitoring, in the stabilization process or exit to production and before passing the initiative to operations or application support team.
