Serving as a trusted advisor, the Digital Product Manager owns the history, present and future promise of the product's delivery, service and evolution.
The Digital Product Manager coordinates with account teams to ensure financial success on product scopes, enhancements of products, and maximizing support budgets to meet evolving client goals.
The role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt the level of detail and complexity to internal and external audiences including clients, developers, designers, researchers, account teams.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Skillful problem solver, able to distill complex challenges into clear, simplified solutions that support digital product objectives.Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing digital products with extended life cycles constantly being improved for client objectives and ever-changing industry trends.Collaborator with account teams, developers, creatives and others within the organization to produce complex digital products.Ability to communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction, organize information quickly, and summarize succinctly.Significant product management experience with increasing responsibility and accountability for product financials, enhancements, meeting client objectives and leading industry standards.Thrives in a fast-paced environment (virtually + in person).Displays a dependable, strong work ethic.RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily takes the accountability of a proactive approach to effectively manage products' maintenance and enhancement budgets, implementation of recommendations, and seeks enhancements to extend the life cycle of the products.
Readily articulates, documents, and shares the why behind every decision for each product owned in the book of business.In partnership with the account teams, manages scoped financial profitability, product viability, product vision, and meeting client expectations across the full lifecycle of the products from pitch to end of life for each product.
Owns and takes responsibility for the promise of the product's delivery, service and evolution of its future.Serves as a key team member in new business development to lead pitches, develop scopes, create hours estimates, timelines, discovery requirements and more to help set up internal team environments for collaboration to meet defined—and undefined—success metrics for client objectives.Seeks out new opportunities to expand digital product services, implement product enhancements, and test new trends within the assigned book of business to grow financial impact.Responsible for delivering exceptional customer and user experience (CX & UX) with digital products while constantly measuring performance, analyzing effectiveness of strategy, and taking necessary steps to quickly evolve the product based upon findings and trends.Creates strong relationships with Digital Producers, designers, developers, clients, and client teams to push boundaries of products, inspire innovation and develop collaborative environments.Take ownership of the UX/UI collaboration with clients and build team members to support the product launch.Mentors team members without hesitation or frustration, supports coaching to resolutions with patience and is an expert at asking questions to teach others how to think about digital product challenges.
