As the Media & Digital Lead, you will drive the digital transformation and media strategy for our brand portfolio in SOCOPAC, contributing to the growth and visibility of key products. You will be responsible for overseeing all media touchpoints, managing digital campaigns, and aligning with both global and regional teams to ensure seamless integration of strategies. Main responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive media strategies, ensuring optimal use of traditional and digital media channels. Manage relationships with external media agencies, ensuring they deliver on KPIs and support brand objectives. Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation across platforms such as social media, search, programmatic, and e-commerce. Collaborate closely with brand, analytics, and global digital teams to integrate campaigns and ensure alignment with global strategies. Monitor media performance and analytics, ensuring data-driven optimizations and reporting to senior management. Develop and manage the media and digital budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Stay ahead of industry trends, providing thought leadership on digital and media innovation within the FMCH landscape. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies in media and digital activities. About you Experience: 5+ years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or related roles within FMCH or a consumer goods environment. Proven experience in managing digital transformation initiatives, media campaigns, and performance analytics. Strong knowledge of media metrics, SEO, SEM, social platforms, and programmatic buying. Experience working in a matrixed organization and ability to collaborate with regional and global teams.
