Social Media Management: Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, audience engagement, and monitoring. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and project management. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and team management experience. Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing market trends. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are needed.
