Schedule : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM New York Time with 1 hour unpaid breaks Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO management, website management, and social media management. They will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Nextdoor. The candidate should be proficient in using Rank Math and have hands-on experience with WordPress. Responsibilities : SEO Management : Implement and manage SEO strategies using Rank Math. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization. Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes. Website Management : Manage and update the company's WordPress website. Ensure website functionality and performance. Implement website enhancements and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with the development team to improve website design and user experience. Social Media Management : Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos. Monitor and respond to social media interactions and comments. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach. Digital Presence Management : Manage and update Google My Business listings. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on Nextdoor and other relevant platforms. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback. Develop strategies to enhance the company's online reputation and visibility. Additional Duties : Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals. Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Requirements Strong proficiency in WordPress website management. Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Knowledge of digital presence management, including Google My Business and Nextdoor. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certification in SEO, digital marketing, or social media management.
