Our organization thrives on A players who are driven and excel in a fast-paced environment. # The Role Patrick Adair Designs is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant that will report directly to the sitting CMO. This role will be responsible for assisting in a variety of tasks including helping with creative production, reporting, Facebook ads management, CRM management, and more. This assistant will have their chance to get their hands dirty while given access to exposure to a variety of fields in modern Digital Marketing. # Examples of What You'll Be Doing Uploading Creative into Various Ad Platforms Helping Manage Email Software Batch Creating Static (image) Creatives for Ad platforms based on simple figma templates Collecting and Analyzing data from Various platforms into simple to look at dashboards Market Research on Competitors Simple Ad Briefings Helping Construct Landing Pages with Landing Page Builders # Requirements Fluent in English. Must be willing to work a schedule that matches the average work day of our sitting CMO (9-5 PM Mountain Time)1-3 Years of Marketing Experience. General Understanding of the Facebook Ads Platform Excellent with data Proficiency with Google Sheets Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail Great at project management Are able to Provide References as requested.
