Digital Marketing Analyst – Channels, Audiences and Leads Job Summary The digital marketing team is looking to hire an Audience and Leads Analyst supporting our marketing analytics and reporting efforts. The successful candidate for this role will be able to do the following: Understand the most recent reporting capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ways to extend Dynamics reporting capabilities using PowerBI. Become assistant product owner for NIQ's centralized channel (social media, website performance, webinar, advertising, etc) performance dashboard environment in PowerBI. Update and maintain data quality on a monthly basis. Work to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading where possible. Organize, format, and structure data from different sources such as MS Dynamics, web analytics, and CRM. Build the right consolidated data foundation to enable marketing reporting, with a focus on digital marketing, channel performance, audience performance, as well as funnel performance. Understand digital marketing KPIs and the data needed to generate KPIs, KPI tracking against targets and visualize in reports and dashboards. Help our marketing leaders manage and measure conversion data across channels (website, email, paid and organic social, etc.). Analyze the leads we receive and identify opportunities to build on our existing successes, learn from our failures with certain audiences. Learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answers. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Manage multiple requests at the same time and organize in an agile development backlog. Speak English comfortably and fluently. Job Duties Partner to provide consultative data and strategic guidance so leaders can better understand marketing campaign outcomes. Work directly on the digital marketing team, but partner with key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing. Understand business needs as they relate to the company operating plans, marketing goals, sales pipeline, and forecasts. Understand business requirements and translate into data and visualization requirements. Follow data management standards to ensure the data you create, clean, and upload is error-free, consistent, and scalable. Collaborate with the larger marketing team to present lessons learned, best practices, and come up with smart ideas to take audience management and engagement to the next level. Qualifications Experience/Education Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on figuring out how people/audiences interact with and appreciate digital content. Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketing Automation. Hands-on work with digital analytics data and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Google Data Studio. Good understanding of digital channels (email, social media, websites) and the data that powers them behind the scenes. Desired Skillset Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI (data backend and visualization). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Google Data Studio. Ability to perform data loads and structure marketing data for reporting purposes. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills. A love for the stories behind the data. Collaborative in a remote work environment. Ability to take feedback and figure out what to do next. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to always be learning and improving.
