We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Google Ads Management Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on SEM.
Manage campaigns across other Google Ads products such as Shopping , Performance Max (PMAX) , and Demand Generation .
Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and adjust bids and budgets to maximize ROI.
Social Media Advertising (Meta) Create and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram .
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
Optimize targeting, placements, and budgets to improve ad performance.
Analyze and report on campaign metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
Creative Mock-Ups Use basic tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent to create rough mock-ups to convey concepts to the creative team.
Collaborate effectively with designers to ensure creative alignment with campaign objectives.
Technical Requirements Work through a Toronto-based virtual machine (access and credentials provided).
Ensure all campaign activities are conducted through the remote machine for IP consistency.
Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall performance.
Requirements Qualifications Send portfolio of sample works Required Skills Google Ads Expertise: Extensive experience with SEM and additional Google Ads platforms like Shopping, PMAX, and Demand Generation.
Social Media Ads: Proven success in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Creative Collaboration: Basic proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent for creating mock-ups.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools to optimize campaigns.
Remote Work: Comfortable working through a remote virtual machine environment.
Preferred Skills Familiarity with other advertising platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads (nice-to-have).
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Basic understanding of ad copywriting principles and A/B testing.
