Position Overview CWT is seeking a Digital Implementation Specialist II. Position Description Provides support on pre-sales meetings as SME; provides documented recommendations and summarizes as necessary. Build the OBT in line with customer expectations. Provide implementation coaching to OBT set-up teams. Coordinate other technical resources on the project. Attend and lead OBT Technical workshop for each new implementation. Collaborate with Global Product Owners to provide local expert knowledge with input to product development; attend supplier meetings. Provide regional CR & issue management. Define and communicate standards and best practices in line with CWT requirements. Working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function. Qualifications Position Requirements Experience & Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience supporting OBT implementation from front end to site setup. Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs): Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to work within a multicultural environment. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills; able to present ideas and results clearly and effectively; able to influence client decision-making; ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
