ABOUT THE ROLE: Support the development of content in the verticals of two of its most recognized brands, leading the ideation and execution of creative proposals for social networks and ensuring a clear understanding of the digital ecosystem. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the creative team, supervising and directing the creation of content for social networks. Develop creative concepts and strategies for the production of content on social networks, ensuring that they align with the vision and mission of the company. Identify opportunities to generate innovative and relevant content that generates engagement and traffic through the different digital platforms. Coordinate with the production and post-production team to ensure quality and compliance with the deadlines established for content delivery. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that maximize content impact. Ensure that the content produced meets the quality standards established by the company and the requirements of the different formats and platforms. Research and stay on top of trends and changes in the digital ecosystem to stay current and apply new insights into content creation. MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Previous demonstrable experience in digital media and in the production of content for social networks. Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem and the latest trends in social networks and digital marketing. Creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to develop effective creative concepts and strategies. Ability to lead and direct a team of creatives and producers. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English (advanced level).
