Digital Channel Specialist Location: Medellín, 100% On-site
Type of Contract: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 5 pm

Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Channel Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that strengthens our brand presence. If you are a creative thinker with a solid understanding of the marketing world, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on lead generation and brand recognition.

Social Media Management: Manage our website and social media accounts, creating engaging content and maintaining an active presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Content Creation: Develop relevant and engaging content for social media and other digital channels aligned with strategic communication objectives.

Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva to design attractive graphics and advertisements. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online advertising and adapt strategies accordingly.

Brand Voice and Messaging: Ensure all content is aligned with the brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for user experience across all channels.

Requirements:
English B2Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing.Knowledge in design and editing tools.Experience in social media management.Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.Experience with AWS.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
