WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTOAs an Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their email marketing campaigns meet expectations. You'll manage communications, provide updates, and keep everything on track while collaborating with the internal team of email marketing specialists to hit deadlines. With a keen eye on project scope, you'll set boundaries to keep things running smoothly and identify opportunities to further enhance client success through upsells. Plus, you'll make sure assets and approvals are timely, adjusting plans when needed to ensure campaigns continue to deliver results. This is a fully remote contractor role of 20 hours per week. Working hours cover the MT timezone.
