Job Description Reporting to the LAC Creative Operations Director, the Graphic Art Designer Manager will be leading the design for different types of advertising and communications campaigns and play a key role in driving usage of our Global and Regional Visa assets to our clients. Responsible for leading the creation of concepts, designs, and communications for various internal and external stakeholders. This role leads the LAC Region, assisting the marketing, product, and sales teams for consumer, issuer, and business partner initiatives, as well as supporting commercial expansion plans. Additionally, the role involves working with various sponsorships and designing standard creative concepts for our clients. It requires talent leveraging business and design skills to help drive our global strategy. Manage our growing activity in the LAC Region and lead the design services with our clients. This position will be committed to expanding Visa's innovation and technology reach with banks and non-traditional clients (Fintechs) with appropriate ideas. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design. Preferred Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of work experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. 10+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree. Prior experience developing digital, social media, and ATL campaigns. Experience structuring and managing projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels. Strong persuasion and storytelling skills. Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities in both English and Spanish. Eagerness to collaborate across teams with personnel of all levels, across many disciplines and geographies to accomplish project objectives. Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior-level executives. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills; team player.
