EyeCatch Media is a dynamic and innovative digital signage company. Our mission is to build the largest media platform connecting independent convenience stores to help brands leverage the opportunity to reach consumers in the right mindset at the point of purchase.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill a dual role as Designer and Community Manager. This role is essential for ideating, creating, developing, and managing our social platforms from inception. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic and an ability to build and foster an engaging community.
Responsibilities:
Designer Responsibilities:
1. Ideate and develop creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity,
retail media narrative, and marketing goals.
2. Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, videos, and content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
3. Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
4. Create multimedia content including images, videos, and animations to enhance user engagement.
5. Collaborate with other departments (Sales and Growth) to produce high-quality content that supports campaigns and initiatives.
Community Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged online community.
2. Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments and messages, and facilitate discussions.
3. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
4. Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future posts.
5. Act as the voice of the brand, ensuring all communications are aligned with the company's values and tone.

Identify and collaborate with retail media advocates to amplify the company's reach.
7. Monitor community engagement metrics and analyze the effectiveness of community management strategies.
8. Prepare regular reports on community growth, engagement, and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and community management.
2. Proven experience managing social community platforms.
3. Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator among others) and social media management tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
7. Written & Spoken English and Spanish.

4. The compensation is $3,500,000 COP per month (90% base salary and 10% fixed monthly bonus).
