Job Description Equitable and Resilient Finance (ERF) is a five (5) year program financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). ERF will improve the supply and demand of formal financial services in rural, underserved, and conflict-affected regions, and will mobilize long-term capital for USAID/Colombia's programming and Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) objectives. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will support the Chief of Party (COP) in all aspects related to the implementation of the Project, including preparation of key documents, work plans, action plans, budgets, and others. S/he will formulate the operational vision and will manage technical activities in the PDETs. S/he will promote innovative strategies for financial inclusion, especially as it relates to the demand and supply of inclusive financial products. This will be a full-time position and will be based in Colombia. Qualifications Master's degree in finance, business administration, agricultural economics, or another related field. Professional with 8 years of experience developing and leading financial inclusion programs, preferably with a strong understanding of rural finance. Supervisory experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience supervising and working with multidisciplinary teams. Requires knowledge of USAID funding policies. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
