Prepare and present weekly progress reports, including status reports, risk analysis, and technical documentation.
Deliver presentations both internally and externally to communicate progress and strategies.
Persuade and convince clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
Provide clear and concise briefs to Project Managers (PMs) and work closely with solution teams.
Organize and participate in weekly touchpoints with clients.
Management of escalations of issues and problems the client has.
Your experience has been shaped by Proven experience in project management.
Previous experience designing and executing projects with clients.
Experience guiding clients through implementation processes.
Experience in managing e-commerce and/or logistics projects (desirable).
Your SuperPowers Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to quickly learn about our products.
