The OpportunityThis position works out of our Bogotá location in the AVD Vascular Division.Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.As the Demand Planner you'll have the opportunity to support finance and sales team in terms of product demand and allocation by customer, ensuring the right products are available for the business, based on AVD's S&OP process and DOH strategies to sustain business growth and it´s service model.What You'll Do• Control and coordinate inventories and consignments in final customers taking into account Inventory Track reports containing information regarding quantities, product rotation, new accounts open, and all information obtained thru their input.• Coordinate S&OP Process involving all stakeholders in the business, Sales, International Commerce, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance and Inventory track.• Take into account the S&OP Goals, analyze and determine quantity and products to Buy in order to cover business needs to attend all customers with consignments and direct sales.• Work closely with inventory track department, customer service, supply planning, IFO controlling and sales reps to assure inventory KPI´s (DOH, Scraps, Inventory Reserve, LCPP, Backorder, Ideal inventory by customer).• Analyze and present strategies to improve product scrap, inventory reserve and DOH.• Inform daily about the sales performance to keep tracking changes in demand.• Keep updated all commercial agreements according to the business.• Analyze, execute and settle commercial agreements with customers monthly.
(Rebates, free goods, Prices)• Support FP&A Manager in the preparation of monthly reports to be sent to CALA HQ• Support FP&A Manager in the preparation and reviews of LBE process.•Execute the activities included in the Quality System documents.Required Qualifications• University Degree, Engineering or Administration.• Intermediate level of English• 3-5 Years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications• Logistics Processes and Inventories• Access development programs, advanced Excel, preferably knowledge of SAP (SD and MM).
