Role ResponsibilitiesBuilding scalable operations processes focusing on bringing growth and efficiency.Responsible for creating quality and antifraud strategies to decrease undesirable behaviors within the platform.Creating engagement strategies to increase courier online time and retention in the platform.Compiling data insights and working cross-functionally with different departments such as strategy, business intelligence, product operations, and city teams.Conducting research and analyzing data to provide insightful proofs of effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force team.Building and maintaining detailed reporting models including core KPIs and growth funnels to assist city-level, regional, and expansion efforts.Making recommendations for product changes and improvements.Ensuring data cleanliness and consistency among accounts, leads, and territories.Documenting best practices to ensure consistency in service across LATAM.Role Qualifications6 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting, operations, analytics, or the technology sector.Creative problem solver.Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data.Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis.Ability to understand the perspectives of varied stakeholder groups.Detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn.English proficiency to communicate with other teams across DiDi's operations.EEO StatementWe create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
