Apply now! Meet the Team: Purpose and Objectives: The Delivery Executive provides effective project/program oversight for one or more strategic accounts. In this billable role, the DE works closely with the customer, the Services Account Executive and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship. The DE is responsible for ensuring that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go-live. In addition to delivery support, the DE is responsible for positioning additional SAP Software & Services in support of the success of the customer. Analyze and execute on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicating project goals at a strategic level. Manage overall services relationship between customer, partner and SAP during transformations. Ensure that projects / programs are delivered on-time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Build credibility/trust with Strategic & Value Account customers in solution support solution implementation phase. Provide mentorship by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning. Assist the SAP sales team in the closing of deals by defining the strategy and providing oversight. Identify and develop business opportunities; create long-term value plans with customers to achieve customer business objectives and expand SAP services on the account. What you will Do: Expectations & Tasks Build credibility / trust with assigned customers during the deal execution phase. Assist the SAP software sales and/or services teams in closing deals by providing oversight on implementation planning & estimating and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners as required. The Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go-live. Build trust with customers in solution support and solution implementation phase, continually reinforcing the value of SAP solutions and services by establishing proactive relationships that provide the foundation for the future. Work with Customer Stakeholders, Partners and SAP Management to effectively manage and lead large, complex and risk programs/projects to ensure successful completion and significant impact on customer business KPI. During implementations, manage overall services relationship, including sponsor, steering committee and program office, between customer, partner and SAP to ensure that projects / programs are delivered on-time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through billable consulting. In some cases (Very Large Enterprise Customers) the tasks might include the overall responsibility to globally manage all SAP delivery, starting with the development of long-term value realization plans. What you will Bring: Professional Experience: Must have 10 or more years of demonstrated ability to lead and/or manage large, complex, high risk programs on time, on budget, and within quality criteria. Proven experience with supporting customers and partners in the development and execution of long-term value realization plans. Demonstrated ability to scope, structure and implement complex programs, projects and operations that maximize business benefits for customers. Experience with recovery of troubled multi-location projects/programs and their de-escalation. Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects. Must have superior project financials business acumen. Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level. Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in managing, aligning and working with various levels within a customer organization. Education & Qualifications/Skills & Competences Master's degree, preferably in finance, commerce, engineering, information technologies, MBA or equivalent training and job experience. PMP or PgMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications. Global cultural awareness and respect. Ability to translate generalized business goals and objectives into concrete program strategy and tactical plans. Proactive attitude in managing stakeholder satisfaction. Results driven: confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge. Team oriented: able to build strong relationships at every level of the organization. Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills. Excellent communications skills – Business English and Spanish.
