Job Description The Media Performance Director will oversee the entire PGD media vertical in Peru, leading a top-tier team dedicated to achieving outstanding results for our clients. Your dual role involves overseeing daily operations and fostering a cohesive, collaborative team environment. The Media Performance Director within his daily management must be aware of: Performance-Driven Strategy: Lead the development and execution of high-performance media strategies that are laser-focused on delivering measurable results for clients. Your expertise in Paid Social and Paid Search will be critical in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and client satisfaction. Team Leadership in Peru: Serve as the head of the media team in Peru, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively. Support team members with tailored advice and solutions to specific challenges they face across all media channels. Client Success: Act as the senior point of contact for clients, ensuring their media investments are driving the expected outcomes. Develop strong client relationships by consistently delivering on performance goals and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs. Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily delivery of media campaigns, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Implement best practices that enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Team Connection & Support: Beyond delivery, your role will involve connecting with the broader media team, providing support for specific needs that arise across different media disciplines. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing to elevate the overall performance of the team. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends in Performance Media, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and improve campaign strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to refine tactics and optimize client outcomes. Financial Accountability: Manage the financial aspects of media campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that client budgets are utilized to achieve the best possible results. Provide transparent financial reporting and performance analysis. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital media, with a deep specialization in Performance Media (Paid Social and Paid Search). 5+ years of leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, focusing on delivering measurable results. Demonstrated success in driving client results through innovative media strategies and tactical execution. Extensive knowledge of digital media platforms and an in-depth understanding of the Performance Media landscape. Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and make decisions that enhance campaign performance. Excellent communication skills in leading teams and engaging with senior clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced expertise in campaign management/optimization and digital media operations. Fluency in English (CEFR C1) is required, with proficiency in Spanish being a significant advantage.
