Compensation : COP 2M - 3M/month.
Location : Carrera 48 #76D Sur - 52 of 302, Sabaneta, Antioquia, Colombia.

What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in customer loyalty management, customer needs analysis, product categorization, and recruitment.
English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more: Convene and meet with different customers to maintain loyalty.
Coordinate tasks for the maintenance of operations.
Supervise that the work performed by the analyst meets the expected quality.
Categorize the products and services offered.
Understand the customer's need and offer services that meet the need.
Locate and recruit personnel for vacancies offered.
Manage the invoicing of each client according to the compendium of hours worked per month.
Manage personnel logistics (permits, equipment, workshop coordination, scheduling client visits, vacations, etc.).
Fill out and keep the opportunity charts, PYG updated.
