Dealer Principal Responsibilities: Accountable for budgeted operational objectives in Revenue, Volume, Gross Margin, Expenses, and Net Profit for Honda UAE. Participate in annual business planning and quarterly/monthly reviews. Manage location Revenue Maximization, Margin Improvement, Controllable cost, Cash Control, and Receivables. Execute Incentive plans and Asset Management. Provide regular reports on the financial condition of the dealership. Develop and implement local plans to deliver sales and profit achievement. Effectively manage stakeholders and submit accurate weekly forecasts. Manage Aftersales financial budgetary goals and forecasts. Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks. Monitor the performance of service operations and develop localized marketing initiatives. Deliver OEM Customer experience programs and promote customer experience best practice. Lead development and execution of local action plans for improvement of NPS and CSV/CSI. Manage high-level customer escalations and ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and timely. Take an active role in customer interactions and local prospecting and CRM. Build relationships with local SMEs and secure company assets. Ensure 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and manage documentation and legal government relation matters. Work with Human Resources to ensure the branch is optimally staffed. Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance and drive Al-Futtaim Values in the workplace. Required Skills: Leadership experience and managing multiple locations. Customer centric experience. Operational excellence. What Equips You for the Role: Bachelors' Degree. 10 years automotive industry experience with at least 8 years as a Branch Sales and Aftersales managing multiple locations. Experience in optimization of Automotive Services. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage the service customer journey. Strong operational experience in both Aftersales & Sales. GCC experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
