Telesign is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst that will be a member of the Finance & Accounting team and report to the Finance Operations Manager. They will be the primary point of contact for all customer contract inquiries and negotiations. They will collaborate closely with Legal, Sales, and Finance teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, billing, and pricing guidelines. Acting in a fiduciary capacity, the Deal Desk Analyst will manage approval policies and coordinate contract revisions, amendments, and approvals as necessary. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure the smooth and efficient management of customer contracts. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer contract inquiries and negotiations. Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Finance teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts. Act in a fiduciary capacity in managing approval policy. Ensure compliance with company policies, billing, and pricing guidelines. Coordinate contract revisions, amendments, and approvals, as necessary. Track contract lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and amendments. Provide timely updates and reports to relevant stakeholders on contract status and progress. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to contract terms and conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract-related documents and correspondence. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting/law. 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in sales operations, finance, legal or a related field. Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Must be highly organized, deadline driven and able to prioritize work assignments. Patience, determination, professional courtesy and consistency when dealing with colleagues and partners. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to assess and mitigate financial risks associated with deals. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with contract management or customer service roles can be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce. High level of accuracy in managing and maintaining contract-related documents and correspondence.
