The Data Specialist focuses on managing data-related activities within the Salesforce system to support commercial users across the United States as well as across different Salesforce instances. This support is managed through cases within Salesforce, utilizing tools for data bulk or analysis. This is a hybrid position in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Provide administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; etc. Conduct statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives. Develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan. Maintain on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems. Instruct sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information. Prepare and control commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region. Perform sales calculations on sales incentives. Administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in administrative areas. Two years of relevant experience working with Data Analysis, Data Management, or Data Entry. Fluent in English. Experience with Data Loader (or similar tool), supporting bulk import or export of data. Experience providing support to commercial organizations. Knowledge of Salesforce.com and experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
