We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá or any city where we have an office, as well as in Panama or the Dominican Republic. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Data Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling files, building tools for file comparisons, and creating dashboards. You will analyze data and compare information, particularly focusing on the reconciliation of data in the collections process, where you will cross-reference insurer payments with what is recorded in the Marsh system. We will count on you to: Reconcile data files and ensure accuracy in financial records. Build and implement tools for comparative analysis and dashboards. Analyze data discrepancies and provide insights for operational improvements. Collaborate with teams in the UK for training and relationship management. What you need to have: A degree in administrative or financial fields. Experience in data reconciliation or finance. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and Python for handling large file comparisons. Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
