Piecing Together the Puzzle Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM COL Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home Guarding the Gateways of Data Accuracy: Your Daily Impact on Global Operations Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Review data for accuracy and consistency with real information. Generate reports based on data from the database. Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, data analysis, macros) to streamline data management. Oversee research efforts to extract key information from LinkedIn and other online resources for CRM updates. Perform quality checks to ensure data complies with company standards. Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data errors (e.g., missing, conflicting, or misformatted information). Cleanse the database by removing outdated or duplicate records. Collaborate with teams to resolve complex data discrepancies and enhance data strategies. Recommend improvements to streamline data entry and quality control processes. Assist in the transition to a new CRM system. Requirements Bringing the Right Tools to the Table: Qualifications for Data Mastery 5+ years of experience in data entry and quality control. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to assess data trends, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy. Advanced understanding of data integrity and database management principles. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with experience in process improvement. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High ethical standards and personal integrity. Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, engineering, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
