Job Description This is a remote position.
Scope : Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Napa, CA time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break Handle a high volume of receipt uploads and verifications daily Collaborate with the auditing team to ensure data integrity Adapt to evolving technology and processes within the expense management system Contribute to the improvement of data entry processes and accuracy rates Responsibilities : Upload and monitor receipts submitted by policyholders through our system Verify receipt details, including vendor names, dates, and amounts Cross-check OCR technology output against actual receipt data Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry for expense claims Work on the front end of the claims process, acting as a first line of quality control Requirements : Proven experience in data entry or a similar role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Familiarity with OCR technology and digital document management Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic understanding of financial documents, particularly receipts Proficiency in using computer applications and databases Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_18277_JOB Requirements Proven experience in data entry or a similar role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Familiarity with OCR technology and digital document management Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic understanding of financial documents, particularly receipts Proficiency in using computer applications and databases
