The ideal candidate will excel at automating tasks, analyzing data, and setting up systems.
Responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and providing data insights.
Responsibilities: Zapier Integration: Automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and enhance process efficiency.
Tableau Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, analyze data, and ensure data accuracy.
Zoho CRM Management: Manage customer information, generate reports, and support the sales team.
Use statistical tools and techniques to perform quantitative analyses.
Operational System Management: Set up and manage systems to streamline processes and ensure optimal performance.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly cleaning and validating datasets.
Research Skills: Identify and evaluate new tools and AI technologies to enhance productivity. Translate complex findings and insights into a clear and actionable business narrative.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements Proficient in Zapier, Tableau, and Zoho CRM.
Experienced in operational system management.
Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Strong research skills, especially with new tools and AI.
Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.
