Data Analyst - Bogota, City Storage Systems Bogota, Colombia Who we are At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher-quality, and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant or your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. What you'll do Analyze and Detect Anomalies : Conduct exploratory analyses to identify anomalies, generate actionable insights, and prototype solutions for seamless integration into the product. Establish SOT Metrics : Establish the source of truth for metrics and definitions—partner with the Data Engineering team to design and implement reliable, high-quality data pipelines. Develop Data Products : Work closely with Product Managers to design and build customer-facing reports and data products that surface valuable analytics insights. Enhance Analytical Capabilities : Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and scale new analytical tools, frameworks, and capabilities. What we're looking for Bachelor's or equivalent in operations, business, process, maths, statistics or similar. 5+ years of data analytics experience. (Bonus) Product analytics experience. Advanced SQL. Intermediate Python experience (Data Apps, Data manipulation). What else you need to know This role is based in our Bogota office location.
