As a Data Analyst & BI Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets and developing BI solutions to support strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
