The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our client's analytics, marketing, content, and consumer research teams. They should be solution-oriented, with broad and deep expertise across digital channels and traditional media. The Data & Advanced Analytics Lead must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a talented team of analytical associates, ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of our products and services. Responsibilities Understands how to approach complex problems by outlining several ways to approach the challenges, can structure the approach from a cost/benefit perspective, and confidently guide a team through execution. Considered a "thought leader" within the Data team and broader region for strategic insight and ability to apply insights to multiple client situations. Considered a subject matter expert (SME) in multiple areas and can train other team members in these areas. Independently able to drive internal and external stakeholder alignment to drive strategy and meet specific business objectives. Communication Skills Effectively able to assess and resolve issues, and identify and react to client and internal needs, opportunities, and issues. Commands client audiences and turns presentations into a constructive dialogue that facilitates discussions on improvements/new approaches with a focus on additional opportunities or BD. Proactively engages senior client teams to inform them of industry and client-specific strategic issues. Analytics Planning and Implementation Understands the potential investments needed or organizational relationships that need to be prioritized to deliver against a data maturity model. Able to get necessary buy-in from stakeholders to effectively measure cross-channel performance. Able to lead requirement gathering workshops with clients and other disciplines. Insight Generation Able to provide holistic recommendations to clients based on experience to ensure that maturity recommendations are comprehensive and future-focused. Show the ability to develop models proving business value of analytical findings. Maintains high analytical expectations across the team. 5+ years working in a data strategy capacity or similar field where data-driven decision-making is core to the role. Has demonstrated thought leadership within their organization by becoming a subject matter expert within an analytics environment. Demonstrable experience of turning analysis and observations into actionable insights that deliver value to the business, especially in the areas of audience targeting, message sequencing, communication effectiveness, brand and campaign measurement plans, and real-time campaign optimizations. Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience, to simplify complexity, and to explain insights in a broader strategic context. Experience in planning and delivering data-driven strategies and understanding how they will affect the client's business. Awareness and knowledge of the evolving martech landscape for analytics, CRM, personalization, and media, including understanding of the relative pros & cons of solutions from different providers. Knowledge of digital data technologies (CDP, DMPs, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.). Ability to lead data partnerships with media & data vendors that are critical to driving business growth, particularly in emerging markets where digital roadmaps are still growing. Confident communicator, fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) and able to collaborate remotely using tools like Microsoft Teams. Skilled in cross-team collaboration with multiple internal and client-facing departments, leveraging cultural fluency to connect with both Latin American and global clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience using Tableau, Datorama, or Microsoft Power BI to visualize data insights in a clear and actionable way (preferred). Experience using Python and Microsoft SQL Server. Skills in descriptive statistics. Experience using JIRA & Confluence (or similar tools) for project management and collaboration (preferred). Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
