Job Description: As a Cloud Security Consultant, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, customizing, and auditing security products for clients. Oversee the process of gathering requirements. Create and execute security software solutions and workflow plans. Set up and configure security software. Generate custom reports, dashboards, alerts, and scans. Evaluate scan results to determine risk and threat levels. Perform security assessments and audits. Align client expectations with desired outcomes. Support clients with system upgrades and migrations. Act as a technical architect or lead for internal projects. Educate client staff on product usage and best practices. Aid in the development and upkeep of internal delivery methods and tools. Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients. Desired Profile: A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Extensive knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Familiarity with technologies like containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, IaC, SecOps, CI/CD, and ShiftLeft. Understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle. Coding experience in Python or similar languages, and the use of APIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of security principles, policies, and industry best practices.
