Diageo's portfolio is well-diversified across price-tiers, enabling it to participate where consumer opportunity is greatest, and to capture shifts in consumer preference.Role Dimensions:This role is responsible for the management of Customer Collaboration operations across the market, providing a service of executing operations, partnering with the Supply Chain Manager, Commercial teams (on & off trade), Finance & OTC teams to deliver improvements in Customer Collaboration practices & initiativesThe outcomes of this role are measured in Customer KPI deliver, Supply Chain Savings delivered (OM growth), collaborating with Commercial & Customers to deliver value creating, achievement of Customer Collaboration Maturity growth & improved external reputation.Key Accountabilities:Design, lead, execute initiatives and projects with the customers in order to generate sales growth (NSV) and/or expand the profit margin (cost reduction), driving efficiencies and synergy in the end to end supply chain (Diageo- Customer) and building solid and productive relationships.Ensure the supply chain optimization, a competitive advantage that drives the business agenda (more sales with less resources)Master level use of Customer Collaboration Maturity Matrix & value chain analysis toolsEnsuring clear standard performance management analytics & clear understanding of business performance cycle, inventory models & S&OP/E processesLead the supply chain management for all customers(proposal, negotiation, execution) ensuring the Sell In growth &/or joint value creation ProgrammesDeploy and encourage the simplification/integration/collaboration agenda with the customer, identifying opportunities, multifunctional project, connecting with Diageo/Customer purpose, in order to achieve the breakthrough of service level, inventory reduction and customer satisfaction.Design and execute the logistics change initiatives supporting the RTM profitability.Ensure the cost to serve continues improvement actions to generate business profit expansion in all channels and customers.Establish, negotiate, control and improve the Diageo logistic service promise in our channels and customer, ensuring the operations and resources optimization.Ensure lean distributor management following the logistics standards and Diageo wowAct as the in-country interface between the Customer Service Team, Logistics and our 3rd party logistics Operator, defining the right roles & responsibilities and ways of working?Diversity StatementCelebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo's purpose of "celebrating life every day everywhere".
