Job Responsibilities: Providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners; Assisting clients and partners with existing reservations and questions before booking; Distributing requests among departments and teams; Logging activity in CRM.
What You'll Do: Advise clients: Provide customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners; Communicate: Assist clients and partners with existing reservations and answer questions prior to booking; Work with systems: Distribute requests among departments and teams and log activity in CRM.
What We're Looking For: English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
