Your Role in Transforming Customer Experiences As a Customer Experience Agent , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by resolving inquiries with attentiveness and empathy. You'll become a product expert, addressing customer issues while offering valuable feedback to enhance internal and external tools. Measure Twice, Impact Once Solve a minimum of 30 tickets per day (top performers close over 40). Represent HOVER by addressing diverse customer issues via email, phone, and chat (strong English communication skills required). Stay organized by prioritizing tasks, adhering to scheduled activities, and responding to customers in a timely manner (held to high standards for CSAT, first response time, and overall response time). Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and proactively report customer bugs to engineering for quick resolution. Maintain an enthusiastic attitude towards learning and adapting to new products as they launch. Requirements What It Takes to Build Success Requirements: Work effectively with customers, maintaining composure even in stressful or upset situations. Exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, avoiding repetitive responses to recurring issues. Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
