Victor's solar panel installation company in Texas is seeking a customer support representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential solar panel customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, creating service tickets, and following up on customer issues. Overview: The OMS Representative is pivotal to the "Operations, Maintenance, and Support" department. This position involves inbound Post-PTO calls, voicemails, emails, and service requests. Execute basic remote troubleshooting to handle simple service matters and escalate complex problems that require attention from an OMS Specialist. This involves seamless communication with customers, dealers, sales managers, OMS Specialists, solar equipment manufacturers, accounting, and operation managers. Responsibilities: Acquiring necessary information about service-related requests. Provide work order estimates for service requests based on market and company rates. Troubleshoot basic technical issues in solar installations. Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, sales managers, OMS Specialists, solar equipment manufacturers, accounting, and operation managers. Document service issues and resolutions accurately. Participate in cross-functional meetings. Providing excellent customer service to clients. Escalate complex service requests to OMS Specialists. Other duties as assigned. Provide excellent customer support via phone and email. Create and manage customer service tickets. Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. High school diploma required. Capacity for resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain attention to detail when recording project information in company databases. Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment. Background in customer service, service maintenance, or clerical work. Intermediate computer skills.
