Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM New Jersey Time; includes a 1-hour unpaid break As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the vital link between our state-of-the-art pickleball club and our diverse membership base.
You'll manage a wide range of customer interactions, from membership inquiries to court bookings, utilizing advanced CRM systems and communication tools.
