Role: Customer Support Associate Schedule: Availability Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CT. Training Schedule: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00am a 5:00pm (primeras 4 a 5 semanas) Operational Schedule: 7:00am a 4:00pm, 8:00am a 5:00pm, 9:00am a 6:00pm, 10:00am a 7:00pm, 11:00am-8:00pm. Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard operating procedures.
