Job Description This is a remote position.
Monday to Friday 8 hours within: 10pm to 7am Apopka, FL Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch Client Overview This growing contracting company specializes in residential and commercial roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, installation, and general contracting services.
With an impressive in-house staff covering daytime hours, they need an exceptional virtual dispatcher to coordinate their team of on-call technicians handling after hours emergencies.

You will be the friendly voice on the phone for customers needing urgent contracting services during evening and weekend hours.
As a virtual dispatcher, you'll create work orders, dispatch technicians, and provide excellent customer service.
