Role Description: The customer success specialist's main duties include supporting the manager role as needed, scheduling meetings, pulling reports, responding to customer queries, updating the Salesforce database for new customers, and monitoring customer usage on the system.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries and emails.
Support the manager role as needed.
Identify new customers and update the Salesforce Database.
Check status on internal tickets.
Monitor customer usage on the system.
Schedule meetings.
Required Skills: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Communication skills, strong phone contact handling skills and active listening (Verbal and written).
Stress and time management skills.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
