Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Success & Sales Assistant to support our operations in customer satisfaction, follow-ups, CRM management, and scheduling tasks.
You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, tracking estimates, and helping us grow by ensuring high-quality control after job completions.
Key Responsibilities: Post-Job Quality Control: Follow up with customers post-job completion to ensure satisfaction, request reviews, and send invoices if necessary.
Estimate Follow-Up: Track outstanding estimates, follow up with customers to close deals, and manage all information in our CRM systems (Workiz, GoHighLevel).
Process Documentation: Document processes for consistency and scalability in future operations.
Customer Communication & Scheduling: Assist with customer communications, scheduling, and coordinating technician appointments.
Lead Research & Outreach: Research potential clients and schedule appointments for properties in need of services based on provided data.
Qualifications: Proficiency with CRM tools (Workiz, GoHighLevel) or willingness to learn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
Experience in customer service or sales-related roles.
A positive attitude, a team player, and willingness to learn and grow.
Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or other project management tools.
CRM experience.
Experience managing customer relationships or sales pipelines.
List any of your 'nice-to-haves'.
Extrovert or has a desire to speak with people and likes sales / customer service.
Positive attitude, growth mindset and hungry / excited!
Team player Super organized and detail oriented - okay with documenting how they are doing their job.
Some type of CRM knowledge would be nice (doesn't need to be a particular CRM, just understanding of how they generally work) Asana / Monday.com Notion Microsoft Outlook Microsoft PowerPoint Canva
