Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Time • Client Timezone: EST Responsibilities: • Help Customers with all their rental inquiries and provide a great customer service experience • Identify customers with existing rentals and contact them in regards to extending their rental date.
• Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and closed deals.
• Help customers coordinate with our suppliers when they have breakdowns / service issues or delivery issues.
• Help customers with general inquiries in a remote / call setting • Take pride in helping to calm and comfort customers that are in need of support and action taken • Manage and prioritize critical to minor issues Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and provide calming support.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and other related tools.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Flexibility to handle a dynamic work environment and changing priorities.
