About Our Client Our client is a Canada -based e-commerce company specializing in high-quality equipment for schools, parks, and community spaces.
They offer products that help organizations create safe, functional, and engaging environments for their communities.
Known for their customer-focused approach, they simplify the buying process by offering clear guidance and support.
Their team works closely with clients to ensure they find exactly what they need, from straightforward purchases to designing custom solutions.
What You'll Do Assist Clients Through the Buying Process Support customers with questions about products, purchases, and custom design options, ensuring they have everything they need to complete their orders.
Update and Manage CRM Log all customer interactions and updates in Monday.com CRM , keeping accurate records and ensuring seamless follow-ups.
Provide Excellent Customer Support Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, offering clear answers and solutions.
? Guide Customers in Custom Solutions Help clients build their ideal playground by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
Contribute to Process Improvements Share feedback from customers and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
Is This You?
Experienced in Customer Support You have a background in assisting clients, managing inquiries, or supporting customers through online or sales processes.
Familiar with CRM Tools You know how to use platforms like Monday.com or similar systems to track customer interactions.
Professional English Skills You've worked in English-speaking environments and can communicate fluently with clients.
E-Commerce or B2B Experience (Preferred) Experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or related industries is a plus but not required.
Customer-Focused and Organized You excel at understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and managing details effectively.
