About The Position We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Latin American Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENTs impact.
Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
Collect feedback and analyze the learners experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients training performance.

Have a professional level of English to communicate easily with our international teams.
Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus!
