You enjoy working directly with customers, helping them find the right solutions for their needs.You have experience managing client accounts, tracking leads, and converting them into orders.You enjoy working in a creative environment, collaborating with designers to bring fresh ideas to customers.You are organized, detail-oriented, and can keep up with a busy, fast-moving work environment.You are flexible and can adapt as customer needs and priorities change.Requirements Experience in managing accounts in industries like embroidery, screen printing, or related creative fields.Strong organizational skills and experience using CRM tools like Go High Level.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as you will be communicating with U.S.-based customers.Creativity and the ability to work closely with the art team to ensure designs meet the client's vision.Bonus if you have experience using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and managing Facebook and Instagram accounts.What You'll Do Lead and Account Management: You will manage all incoming leads from channels like social media, our website, and emails, making sure they are properly organized and entered into Go High Level.
You will engage with leads and work to convert them into orders.Client Communication: You will communicate with clients to understand their needs, request mockups from the art team, and provide quotes.
