Team OverviewYou will be working in the Food Execution team executing strategies designed by the strategy team to drive sustainable health and growth for restaurants at DiDi.
You will provide substantial support to the day-to-day operation of agents giving support directly to our top restaurants in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru, allowing us to help restaurants perform at a high level, giving clients the best options in the market available.
Role ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with internal teams to plan, implement, and execute operational activities.Being data-driven by extracting meaningful insights from data to make informed decisions and propose improvements.Developing proposals for process improvement and standardizing team KPIs.Collaborating with the strategy team to align on objectives.Conducting process analysis to identify root causes of different situations and determine appropriate responses.Continuously generating knowledge through A/B testing.Taking direct responsibility for delivering data-driven insights about the business, identifying opportunities to scale impact, and influencing decisions within the team.Role QualificationsStrong analytical skills.Advanced Excel: Data manipulation; advanced formulas; pivot tables.Data-driven core: passion for data analytics and programming, with knowledge/experience in SQL, Python, R, etc.KPI mindset.
Operates, reports, and works daily on improving the business KPIs.Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.Effective communication skills.
Proficiency in English & Spanish, we're an international team.Owner attitude.
