Position Overview: We're looking for a Customer Success Associate Contractor—a proactive, customer-focused professional eager to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team while contributing to the automation of processes that enhance client services.
As a Customer Success Associate Contractor, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, guiding onboarding processes, and implementing AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
What You'll Do: Leverage and Learn AI Tools: Explore and integrate AI technologies into day-to-day processes to enhance efficiency and elevate client experiences.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients and their employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
Build and nurture strong relationships by understanding client goals and identifying ways to enhance their retirement plans.
Guide clients through a seamless onboarding process.
Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, uncover needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Document common client inquiries and share insights to optimize processes and improve the overall customer journey.
Manage diverse, high-impact projects throughout the year, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on time.
What We're Looking For: Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or account management, preferably in financial services or retirement planning.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with clients.
Problem-Solving: A systems thinker who can analyze complex topics, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-Motivation: High level of accountability, attention to detail, and a drive to succeed independently.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with or enthusiasm for learning AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance client services.
