Position Overview: Dry Bulk Transportation has recently expanded and is looking for the next great addition to our Customer Service/Support team. In this role, you are responsible for contributing consistent exceptional service to our clients and drivers by providing all the information needed. Every decision made must align with our mission, vision, and strategy. Every communication sent (through email, mail, or by phone) is to be professional, simple, and aligned. Every problem or bottleneck must be resolved with an efficient solution that is consistent with our strategy. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication by telephone, email, and the ability to manage logistical challenges. Responsibilities: Customer Service Tasks: Answer every call as quickly as possible with extreme professionalism. Assist and resolve any issues that might arise. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the timely and accurate delivery of aggregate materials. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. Administrative Tasks: Enter order details into a computer system and use the system to prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries. Generate and review relevant documentation, such as shipping manifests and delivery confirmations. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent; customer service or logistics experience is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using internet-based software, email, and other relevant tools. Working Conditions: This role will be performed from the worker's personal address. The worker will be required to provide the following equipment at their expense: A modern personal computer with Windows operating system. Special software will be provided by the company. Reliable high-speed internet connection. A noise-cancelling professional headset. General office supplies (pens, notepads, etc.).
