You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service by being a good listener, proactive, patient, and understanding. You must handle confidential customer information with care and maintain constant knowledge of the clients products, services, and promotions, updating records in the required systems.What youll be doing: Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch. Boost the clients business by showcasing their products and services. Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Has B2 level of English and C1 level of French.
